A Special Thank You to all of those who attended the week long Rosary Devotion to our Lady of Fatima, In October. The Church from the Eucharist On August 21, 2004, Adam Cardinal Maida presided over the 2004-2005 Michigan Knights of Columbus Installation of State Officers and District Deputies. Within his homily, Cardinal Maida explained that Pope John Paul II dedicates each year to a particular aspect of the faith. Pope John Paul II has dedicated the 2004-2005 year to "The Church from the Eucharist, the mystery of Christ's presence on the Alter". The Papal Encyclical "Ecclesia de Eucharistia" was original presented on Holy Thursday, 2003. Cardinal Maida encouraged each council to present this Papal Encyclical to its members to further our understanding of this great mystery and deepen our spirituality.
